Getting ready for WGF..

Had my builder port match my heads to my Fast 102. When he took the intake apart he found that there was NO gasket between the upper shell..
that would explain the "whistle" I would here between gear shifts. That would also explain why the previous shop could not get the tune right.. Still ran great "to me".... or so I thought. Moving forward... Re honed, decked,re ring, a little more porting to the TEA 799's and I am about done. Added a vac pump, EWP, ARP head studs.( formerly had bolts). Should be running this evening, getting tuned ( data log, dyno) tomorrow and Wed. The race is Saturday.
Planning on a 200 shot for the event... We'll see how she likes it. I'll post vids Sunday...
