Rear mount oil feed line ?

It's about an 8' run. Anyone use nitrous line for oil feed? Can they be used with oil? All the feed lines I see the longest is 4ft. Nitrous lines come in much longer sizes.

That's all I use. My local parts store has -4 nitrous lines from a foot long through 18 feet long.
