Default Concerns on in tank setup

Hey guys,

Planning on doing hci on my 2002 c5z, fuel is my first concern and how I need to go about it. I'd like to use a single Walbro 400,450, 485...etc. I read so many posts saying that it can be done, which I know it can.. But the last thing I want is to have to worry about the pump running out of fuel under a 1/4 tank or during any hard turns/acceleration/deceleration.

So what needs done exactly? Is there anyway around this?

Thanks for any/all responses.

I really see no need for a pump that big just for a H/C/I set up.. If you are that worried look into this...

I think I actually found a viable solution. Radium makes a venturi pump. Would be easy to set up. Mount it in or on top of the bucket, run the return line from the fpr to the top port, run the feed line for the passenger tank into the other feed to complete the siphon and have the exit dump into the bucket to keep it full so the bucket doesn't run dry.
