Default Belt tensioning - C5 w/ new A&A bracket?

Just wrapping up the S/C install - Habe a question that the instructions don't cover.

The brackets came with the newest belt tensioner bolted/locked into place, I had to loosen the lock bolt and lock the tensioner in the open position to get the belt on. I do remove the lock bolt all together then just let the tensioner do it's thing, while "tightening" the J shaped manual tensioner up by the SC pulley correct?

Just want to be sure - the directions cover none of this.

Default

Followed up w/ Andy at A&A, yes - you adjust the J bracket by the S/C pulley yo maximize belt wrap, then let the spring tensioner handle the tension.
