Steve02C5...is the "known peak hp" BHP or RWHP....it makes a huge difference....I've never seen a 415rwhp C5 on the Forum turn 126 mph on street tires. I use the "ET Calculator" http://car.race-cars.net/calculators/et_calculator.html and it states that a 3400 lb car would need at least 530 RWHP to go 126 in the quarter....the Magnuson with 415RWHP could only do 116mph, which sounds about right The 11.7 sec is possible with good temps and perfect track conditions.....the 126 mph is at least 10mph too high. What time and speed do you turn with the 465rwhp setup ? My guess would be about 11.3@120. Post a time slip.
BlackSun......525rwhp will turn about 10.9@125, with good tires and track conditions.

Re: Computer program verifies LPE article in C&D (HIGHRPM)
490 flywheel hp. ~421rwhp, I know from past experience that the qtr. jr program is fairly accurate because I used to compare it with my timeslips (approx. 50) and it was never off by 10mph.
As for my car, it still has tuning issues. :cry
