Where can I get an intercooler for a Magnuson MP112?
My maggie intercooler is leaking. I'm glad I check it beforeputting it back o the car. Has anyone done the repair? Where can I get an intercooler for a Magnuson MP112? Thanks!

I wonder if you could just have it repaired at a local radiator shop? If it is unrepairable then my second idea would be to call Magnuson.

I'm being told that Magnuson does not sell intercoolers separately. Good idea with taking it to the shop, maybe I can find a better core. Thanks!

I can see that if you didn't own their kit. However, you are simply trying to service a failed part within that kit, it would be bad business to not sell a replacement part to you. Guess that doesn't mean they have to sell it, but it definitely means they should. Worth a shot IMO.

You can buy the intercooler straight from magnuson. Have a kit on my CTS-V and had to get a new intercooler after a little incident with a deer. No issues with getting any parts what so ever.

It's possible that since it's for the 112 it may not be produced any longer. That unit has been discontinued in leu of the tvs2300 as I understand it. It could be possible that both units use the same one though.

That's a good point. There are lots of places that will make radiators and air to air intercoolers to order, surely someone could knock this out as well. They are all of the same basic design, just different dimensions.

I have seen a n2o plate that lifts the intercooler a little and there looks to be a ton of room for a wider unit. Could maybe get 50% + more core in there!

Update: The core had a crack across the end cap. I had it welded and pressure tested. It only cost $20. So I plan to put it back together and add meth to help with cooling. Thanks everyone!
