Do you have drawnings or files of LS7 intake flange?

Attn

Anyone with a older design Ltx vette manifold.
We're issuing a voluntary recall.
The large top plenum surface area causes a bit more stress on the top welds than expected.
You will be given the option to either have your manifold braced or just upgrade to a newer design intake where this is no longer an issue.
We don't always get stuff right but we stand 100% behind our product and our name.

Nice looking intakes! You really can't tell that the C7 is intercooled! What are the dimensions of the core? The design looks a little different to the previous ones that had more vertical runners. Any reason for the change?

Also the LS3 looks he be a short runner. Any details on the core used? Is it a cross flow core?

For those of you who don't follow me on facebook (James Carolyn Goertz)

Just felt like building something pretty cool

ltx intake for gen 6 camaro will clear oem hood (hood line is 8.5" this guy is 8.25")
Runners are the right length we are tuned on TWO INDUCTION WAVES. 4th wave at about 4600rpm and 3rd wave hitting right at 6200rpm. Note that will be peak ve of the engine rpms where max trq is seen. Generally speaking 1500rpm after that is where hp drop off will start to occur as the engine runs further out of ve

Need to cut some inj bungs at different angle to fit them as right now they tuck under the plenums which would make it impossible to install due to angles.

The c7 has core 5" x 3" x 15" bell

Reason for design change, more efficient airflow patterns, lower csa on the top plenum for less flex under boost/vac (i'm a safety freak) cleaner look overall less boxy like a minifridge on top the engine

core in the ls3 (custom design request by customer, not my production ctsv design) utilizes 2x 2.25" x 15" x 10.1" cores welded together to make one thick monster at 4.5". Water path is dual pass going in one core and out the other. Dual pass on average sees about 10* lower iat over single pass however will heat soak your water faster so to combat that you really need a larger water tank to get the best out of it.

Customer with the ls3 already had the ligenfelter intercooled intake and was unhappy with his iats thus the tremendous amount of intercooler he wanted to go with to really squash all iats

that's what I'm talking about!

like to do something similar except use dual throttle body like th edlebrock intake. we're working on an older c4 LT5 (LPE engine)

thanks for posting all the pics of your work which is quite spectacular

Like to see what we can do for the old LT5 with a dual TB in 2018!

Pretty little CTS-V Intecooled heading out the door.

$2750 for these

We are also going to start making our own rails so no more having to mod Holley rails.
G1Pro Rails will be $200 for -10 and will already be modded for each application (shortened and plugged by the cowl for c7, mods of that nature)

Finally something purely for the Tall Deck LS7

Specs

LS7 Tall Deck bottom end, Holley Hi Ram Flange'd to use their cast top end. Spec to engine revving to 8500-9000rpm (5.6" runner length 15% taper between csa of port and csa of vstack entrance

Custom Dual TB 102mm Plenum top, fully welded inside and out.

Will be running on a twin turbo 60lbs boost setup billet block lsx, 3000 WHP Meth car. No I will not release the owners name, they can release the info if they choose.

Top plenum is full 1/4" sheet will be welded inside and out being easily 100psi boost safe. Can be setup no2 burst plates etc.

Bottom plenum being very triangulate in design will remain 3/16" sheet material being fully welded inside and out.

note*

velocity stack spacers can be added to lengthen runners for lower revving engines.

Top plenum piece sells separately for anyone with a current holley hi ram that would like to upgrade.

Dual 90 or dual 102mm tb

Haven't posted in a moment, I'm horrible at keeping up with forums when all I'm doing is designing and burning welds out all day hahah.

Got some ultimate new things coming out.

"mod ram" manifold

uses a shorty style sheet metal modular design "holley hi ram plenum flanged" plenum bottom. The ports inside or drilled and tapped to accept interchangable runners to tune your setup 100% perfect. You can pull your plenum top, change runner lengths all on the dyno.

this means you can use a holley top, or buy one of mine. This also means if you happen to already have a air water core from someone else you can drop the overall height of your build and have a tunable runner. virtually unlimited options here.

coming to cath, ls3, ls7 standard and tall deck. LTx as well.

Beautiful new LTx Vette Intakes look perfect in every way!

New thick billet head flanges have inj bungs cnc machined in (but not fully drilled through) already. They are pilot drill started so all the customer need do is drill 5mm through pilot first then 8mm. Inj bung is fully seat cut and ready to go. Also fuel line bridge has been incorporated now so now more routing the fuel line over the flange, direct bolt down assembly!

$1750 shipped bare
$200 powder or polish options
$200 fuel rails

Anyone with the standard LS7 manifold using it on a centri blower car? I'm interested in either purchasing the short ram LS7 for my built A&A setup or maybe looking into the mod ram, but right now it's a TIGHT fit to get the throttle body to go between the bracket. Will follow up to post pictures... Love these manifolds!
