I have a 98 Vette that I'm getting ready to install 02 LS6 Heads/Cam into. I was initially going to put a magnuson kit on it, but personal problems forced me to sell the kit...now, I've worked things out a bit, so I'm going to put the heads on. And I know I'm still going to want more power, so I'm leaning towards NOS...I don't plan on using it often, but it'd be nice to have...
So what should I be looking for for a complete install? I want it hidden, undetectable, etc... How big of a shot should I be looking at before it puts a strain on the bottom end of the engine (5k miles)?

I say go with the NX wet kit (stick to 100shot), with fuel pressure switch, MSD rpm window switch, bottle heater, remote opener. Forget about the useless TPS switch, and save that $100 for 3 n20 refills.

stealth, you will have to hide the bottle in the center compartment and run the solenoids under the fuel rail or in the fender somewhere. Best advise is the keep your mouth shut and never open your hood :yesnod:

Pacethis,
Tbyrne has some killer prices going on NX stuff. For some reason he won't let anyone quote them on the forums. I already have the 20920 kit, but wanted some of the extras, and he had them cheaper than anyone else that I could find. The 20920 kit and the GenXII upgrade were much less than I'm used to seeing.
I dropped another $500 into my setup with a remote bottle opener, switch panel, GenXII, and new plugs. Tuan saved me $100 by not getting the TPS switch. Also got the pillar dual gauge mount from Jegs for around $55. Now I just need the air/fuel from gadgetseller.com for $104, and the electric nitrous pressure gauge for $169. It's insane that 2 gauges cost $275.

Let me save you another $100. Don't waste the $104 on the air/fuel gauge. It's COMPLETELY useless, including the WOT calibrated ones. But if you just want to get it for look, then go for it. Just for that, then you can just need to get the ones uncalibrated for WOT and save few $$$.

Really? Man, I spent 2 hours reading archived threads the other night and it seemed the consensus was that it would help you find if you're having an overall lean condition, but you shouldn't tune your engine with it. I'm referring to the gadgetseller.com WOT one.
Maybe I'll just get the electric fuel pressure gauge. Thanks for the info.
