I apologize if this is in the wrong section but I currently have a single nozzle alky kit on my 02 c5z and I'm not a fan of how it looks just plugged into the top of the coupler in between the MAF and TB. I have a plate from an old NOS kit that I had and I was curious if anyone has installed that and ran the meth line into one of the side ports and blocked off the other port for fuel on the plate?
Spraying the meth after air temp sensor is not going to show the cooler air temps and I would think the computer will pull timing due to the hot air. Also the plate flows nitrous at X rate and fuel at Y rate. Meth may not have the same characteristics as nitrous and fuel for flow. The plate may not atomize the meth well either. You would have to do some research and testing.

I can see that being an issue for sure. Was just curious if anyone had done something similar already. My wife runs a Snow Performance kit on her Evo and it came with a plate style for injection.

if the nozzle is in the silicone coupler definitely get it out of there and into the charge pipe at least if you don't decide to do anything else... having it in the coupler is just asking for trouble, I have seen them leak and spray meth all over the place
