Default Ok for AlkyControl to share 2 bar map on manifold?

Instead of teeing off vacuum line for another map sensor, can I just wire my Alky into the existing 2 bar map on the back of intake manifold?

So I'm going straight from the green wire on the cars map to the controller inside the car, completely disregard all the wiring going to the map sensor that came with the kit? Wanna make sure I get it right, gonna knock out the wiring today.

I wouldn't. Few months ago I came across a '99 in which PCM didn't read MAP sensor signal. I had to change to a new PCM and while doing that I realized that Alkycontrol kit was getting signal from 2 bar MAP sensor in original location. Just to make sure those systems stay separate, I installed a new 2 bar MAP and a voltage regulator for that.
