Default Oil change

Guys to change the oil or not. Didn’t get to drive my twin turbo vette this summer much for one reason or another. Still showing 80% remaining on royal purple oil life. Should I change or is it ok to use oil till end of next season. I usually change every winter

How many miles are on the oil? This is a loaded topic, used oil could be acidic in nature depending on its application. Without knowing the miles on the oil and how long its been in the pan the only answer would be ???.

Simple answer: Just change it

I agree with nullpointer. Change it annually or whatever mileage interval you feel is best, more often if the car sees track time.

if you aren't sure, change it. It's too simple of a task to spend much time worrying about.
