Default Dry Nitrous on a 1997 Automatic

I know nitrous is a beaten topic - I've researched heavily for several days. I have a 1997 and was pretty resolved at just going with a 75 dry shot. However, I have some concerns - I read in some forum, specific to 1997, that there were difficulties with the stock system to properly sense and add sufficient fuel. I also note that ZEX has nitro kits but specifically for 1998 on up. So, is there anything unusual that separates the 97 from all other C5's. Anyone with any specific 1997 experience - appreciate any advice/tips.

Do the iat resitor trick and itll be fine. Ive done cars over the years with up to a 150hp shot and no issues. But i adjusted the iat timing table for optimum results.
