Default Billet header flange with EGT bungs/threads

Time to introduce LSX 1.5” nominal billet flange with integrated EGT ports/bungs. First prototypes done! Upwards or downwards facing EGT bungs, 1/4 or 1/8NPT threads available depends options. Accepts 1/4 or 3/16 sensors.

Could you do too and bottom? Then you could have egt and O2? Or is it too close for the O2s?

Its way too close. Place O2s far as possible from head to primary pipes, my opinion.

You could do O2's but would need to back them out some for the heat and contamination risk. If you're turbo, you'll also need some sort of back pressure compensation.

wow brent, thomas, that is some engineering excellence and that billet stuff is just too much!!

like to tap into my old cast iron ttix manifolds for the egts

it would be so cool to do custom manifolds with this as the base!
