APS TT Setup is pretty close to being done. Turbo's and pipes are all hanging and bolted up again. But....I had to repin a couple of new O2 connectors in and the rear O2 connectors (not used at least) were melted. So I want to protect the new stuff (mainly to keep the tune in check without going OL).
What I'm thinking of doing is using some solid heat blanket material and some metal zip ties around the top side of the down pipes where the O2 connectors (and some wastegate vacuum lines) reside. Would this be ill advised? Does anyone have recommendations for a specific material?
