Belt Size?
I have an A&A kit I just pulled off my '03 Z as I prep for a marathon weekend of engine work, and I want to order a new belt now so I've got it next week on vacation when I hope to get around to re-tuning the car. I have had good luck with a Gates RPM belt on my other blown C5, but I remember them being a pain to get hold of last year - hence the pre-order interest.
The head unit is a V3Ti currently running a 3.8" pulley.
I am adding an IW 10% overdrive pulley.
Factory accessory drive system for now.

I've got a spare Gates RPM for my P1sc which runs the same size blower pulley. These belts go on tight - some speculate they are a 1/2" smaller. I haven't measured. With the crank pulley at 10% overdrive, I'll see if I can snake it on when I'm done rebuilding it this week and report back. If it doesn't fit, then it has to be the next size up.
