Was that on pump 93?
and guessing it’s the 6 rib pulley.
Do you think if the Headers were 1-3/4 you’d be choking the motor?

I have a SBE FRC with a Torquer V2 cam, Fast 92 ported/ 90mm TB ported, Frankenstein 243 stage 2 heads, and 1-3/4 AR longtubes no cats.

Im really eying the Novi 1500 kit, hoping it will get me to the 650whp mark. But I will definitely do E85, since available to me. Just looking to see if you have any advice....

yes pump 93 and 6 rib setup. I made 650 rwhp with my 06 LS2 with 1 3/4 headers so since you already have them on the car leave them on.

My advice to you...buy the ECS kit. You’ll be very happy

that’s the one mine came with. According to Ecs with the restrictor out I should be around 650. But now I’m adding a cam so not sure if I should reinstall the restrictor plate and let the cam make up the difference?

Great looking car and nice numbers. Wondering why you went back to a c5? I was thinking about selling mine and getting a c6 Grand sport.

I get bored and move onto next one. I had sold my Grand Sport and wasn’t planning on buying a C5Z but this one popped up and I couldn’t pass it up. Having owned 2 grand sports and 2 Base C6’s and now 2 C5Z’s I love them all. The C5Z is the best bargain out there right now in my opinion.

FWIW
I have an ‘03 Z06 stage 2 BTR cam, ARH 1-3/4” headers w/ catted X, stock TI, ported TB/intake - on a notoriously stingy mustang dyno (Slowhawk performance MA) made 642hp/536tq up from 423/380 on 93 octane w/ methanol.

id say she’s breathing just fine out those 1-3/4” headers lol
