Default Belt install!

Ok, what is the trick to putting on this supercharger belt? Its right there but i have nothing left on the tensioner. I have 1 gates k060888hd and a 060888 napa micro..

route it over all the pulleys except for the waterpump, do that one last... have someone hold the tensioner open or find a way to lock it open so your hands are free and spray some water on the backside of the belt then slide it under the waterpump pulley

from what i read i might have the wrong belt! my supercharger pulley is 3.48, which is a 3.50? According to this...

if you have a 3.50" pulley we use the 891 or the 888 if you have a 3.25" pulley. There is enough adjustment in the kit pulleys though to use the next size up without a problem, but that's what we use here​​​​​​

look at the idler near the power steering pulley and see what hole that idler is bolted into... they should come installed in the middle hole, if that is the case then install that idler in the bottom hole and try the belt install again
