For immediate release. Halltech Systems LLC recruits Dru Laws as partner and CEO

R. DRU LAWS, industry leader and operations expert, graduated from Brigham Young University in 2003 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a minor in Mathematics. In 2005, he graduated top of his class with distinction (honors) from the Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland with an MSc in Polymer Engineering, emphasizing in Rotational Molding. He has several polymer process related patents and has guest lectured at several universities on the same subject. In addition to previously running his own consulting business, Dru has successfully led manufacturing and development efforts for numerous companies in North America. His leadership has also been put to good use in a variety of volunteer roles with the Society of Plastics Engineers and the Association of Rotational Molders. Dru regularly authors articles in plastic publications and participates as a presenter for many conferences around the world. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Seljan Company, with direct responsibility over the entire plastics division of the company. Seljan company has been Halltech's main supplier for many years, and has recently agreed to do all assembly and fulfillment.

With his backround in engineering and plastics, Dru Laws is the perfect partner for Jim Hall, founder of Halltech. Jim's passion for sales and marketing, combined with Dru's expertise in engineering and operations positions the company to substantially grow its market share.

"Halltech is already a well respected brand in the aftermarket intake space, and I expect that reputation to increase its outreach considerably in the coming years", said Dru Laws, Halltech's new CEO.

Jim Hall, retains his position as President and Founder of Halltech Systems, LLC. Jim Hall was the first to develop the OVT (Over the Top) C5Z06 Twin Turbo in 2002. He also designed the Stinger Hood, to compliment both aesthetically and functionally, the TT design. There were lots of snickers and jokes made about his concept back then, but in terms of the current builds, companies like AMG and many others followed in his footsteps.
