it's possible...
but you won't be buying any off the shelf for less than $500-600. i kept my stockers around for a decade thinking i'd eventually get around to trimming them to fit & using some high strength, high temp velcro or something of the like to fasten them to the new fuel rails... still ain't got around to it.

it also depends... if you're talking about an eForce or Heartbeat retrofit - they're basically their own engine/coil covers. the MP & TVS units could use something to dress it up a bit.
