I was either fortunate or unfortunate enough to have picked up a Vortech kit the other day. The kit appears to be circa 2004-ish. It is the kit that mounts the head unit on the driver's side and relocates the alternator to the passenger side. It has the air to liquid intercooler also on the passenger side. The only major missing part was the water cooler for the heat exchanger, but I have one on the way.
So my question is for folks in the group who have experience with this setup. Can you comment on reliability of the system and/or compare this configuration with the newer configurations such as ECS or A&A?
That kit has been discontinued for a long time now and is quite a bit more complicated than it needs to be, hence the evolution of A&A and ECS setups. But as long as you have all the parts otherwise, should be fine. The major drawback is parts availability/support.

I m trying to replace the belt on mine would u happen to have a diagram would be a huge help
I remember that kit from my Speed shop days. It pretty much ended the relationship between my shop and Vortech.
The belt tensioner was designed wrong, it would throw the main belt, and you had to remove the front bumper to replace it. Maybe there was an update to the kit, but I remember that goddamn thing.
