Thanks!! I've been mulling over this for a long time. Sounds like it works pretty well. I have a shop pretty savvy with HP, and I'd like to give this a try.

I have a nice A&A fuel system 340 intank, 525 external, and some FIC 127 lb injectors. It's on 04 z51 coupe so it should have the P59 computer.

thanks for doing so much work on this, it's a great solution. Curious how well it "flexes" and holds up to fuel changes. How fast is the update? Need a lengthy relearn before getting into the boost?

It works very well. The PCM models the amount of fuel between the sensor and the fuel rail, so there is a little bit of a "delay" in the E sensor reading, but this is by design. I'm using the 04 Tahoe default values for now, but it works well enough. In practice--- Drive the car for 5 miles after a fillup and the E content reading will be stable and you can be confident it's all mixed and ready to go wide open throttle.

Stock PCM supports adding timing based on E content and will interpolate anywhere in between automatically.

And yep if you have 04 PCM this is a super easy swap. Literally just filling in some tables that already exist and probably just have 0's in them right now.

If you have HPtuners I can enable flex in your tune for you, once the sensor is wired up. If the shop isn't familiar (more are these days) I can help them out too.

awesome I finally have the d1x blower going on this week. We got the balancer off and are pinning the new Innovators West balancer (3 pins).

10 % od and blower will max out at 7000 rpms with 3.85 pulley I remember the wiring mod for the flex fuel sensor was posted along with more tips.

do you know of folks in the Alex VA/Dc area that might be familiar? I'll reach out to the tuner and get this moving!! Thanks.
