2003 Z06. Stock motor, but looking for more power. We all know about cams, heads, and headers, but has anyone run light boost (5-7psi) on an otherwise stock motor? What were your results?
Literally hundreds of people have done this. Mid-500whp is not hard to achieve.
There are a lot of variables, like if the car needs to smog and intended use.
I'd suggest starting here: https://aacorvette.com/c5superchargers.html A&A is widely considered the best/most complete C5 Supercharging system. There's also ProCharger and ECS.
Beware, you are going to see a lot of ebay crap that's cheaper... don't buy into the fantasy. I'll put it out there now: You cannot buy a twin turbo system for $1000... I know the ad says you can, you'll end up with a box of clamps and two generic turbos I woudln't install on a lawnmower.

oh, I’m aware of the cheap eBay stuff and all the lovely quality control that the cheapest Chinese factories have to offer. I’m more interested in problems that anyone has encountered. Clutch slipping issues and the like. A&A is most likely the route that I’ll go, so I’m wondering things such as if folks have run the 4” pulley and what that got them. If they have any regrets or wished they had done something differently. About 500 whp is where I want to be, but I’m not one to moan over having 490 and not 502. That will change from dyno to dyno.
Document what all you do as modifications can hurt value if not done properly or are not documented properly.
Keep a note book of the work done, who did it and the receipts.
I had a local supercharged C5 for sale for nearly a year because they has no info on the car. They cut the price to below a stock car of similar condition.
Buyers used to modified cars are not scared but those who can do their own own work will keep away most times unless they feel safe knowing what they have. Also getting someone to work on the car is easier with more info.
A little late to the party, but I made 650ish to the wheels on e85 with an A and A kit. Here is a video of the dyno, I have other videos on my channel of the build (fuel, drivetrain, etc):
