Default Turbo Oiling

I am going to run an oil adapter with two 1/8" PT ports.

Is there any experience which says it is better to give each turbo its own dedicated feed line using each port vs a single line which splits off to the turbos?

I presume dedicated lines are the sensible option.

If so, then what's the smart way to connect the oil temperature sensor of the npt ports are used up.

No answers.

I believeI will run dedicated lines. If I reverse this idea I have all the hose and extra fittings and I bought a Tee just in case.

Not a cheap setup, but I am still saving a few coins by using a bundle kit for the oil cooler and their marketing team kicked me the current discount code since I can NEVER find them when I go to order from Redhorse Performance. Good guys! Saved me $230

I got the DeRale block in and this now raises another question.

Of the two NPT fittings, it has one on the outward flow side of the block and one on the return side. Running separate dedicated oiling to each turbo from these might produce different pressure and at times will definitely yield different oil temps reaching the turbos. Maybe that's not a concern at all. Or maybe I want to consider using a Tee off the outward flow side.

I'll go back to talking to myself about it again over here now.

You should Y off the output side, or tap a second NPT off the output side

I don't like T's because of the deadhead redirection of fluid- but Y's work well for splitting flow

There is a pressure differential between inlet and outlet, and I fear with the differential, you'd starve the turbo being fed off the "inlet" side of the adapter (post oil cooler)

The logic on the feed side is something I agree on. I would not feed one from a return but the other from the outbound side. The lines ought to deliver more oil than the restrictors will allow so the T or Y approach will get the job done for sure.

I guess now that it is only going to be 25* tonight and not sub zero, I ought to start thinking about spending more evenings in the garage.
