So if anyone can point me in the direction of where this bracket goes that would be awesome. Its from an A&A v3ti kit with a 3.8 pulley. I cannot find it in the instructions. But im trying to find out what looks like a broken bolt in the bracket is in fact a broken bolt. Any help would be greatly

it goes on the bracket thats bolts to the head or block. you have to keep that spacer off to install it. the last spacer if you put the spacer. on clockwise. thats the tensioner thats under the s/c'er pulley

The broken bolt isnt broken, its reverse threaded and you use it to put a wrench on to tension the belt

Yes you loosen the bolt below the one in red, use the one in red to tension the belt, and then while you are holding tension on the belt you tighten the one below and it holds belt tension.

It's a manual belt tensioner. If you look at the A&A instructions its explained

Thank you I ended up finally finding out where it did go and in fact the one circled in red is broken. Now to just find the time to get it out.

Definitely broke. But you don't need it. You can use a pry bar to tighten the belt. That's all it is used for. Most people break them as they don't realize its reverse thread.
