Hi Jeff,

I have a few but they arent that good. I will go take a few and email them to you.
Phil , thanks for the pics !

Looks like this is the way to go.

What do you think about using the same Piping to run the Airfilter to the SC?

I was going to order a tube here for the same reason, but have not gotten around to it yet.

It looks like they can make you just about anything you would need.

Hi Jeff,

The problem with using a tube like that for the supercharger is clearing the radiator since its so close to the inlet. Thats what is nice about the procharger duct is that its conformed to fit over the radiator. The duct is narrow for clearance over the radiator but its also wide to maintain the same amount of area. A tube similar to what I used for the inlet into the engine could be used but the radiator would have to be lowered more, at least mine would have to be anyway. Besides, the inlet into the supercharger isnt pressurized so its not that big of a deal.

3" is the same size of tubing that comes out of the "Y" duct at the bottom before it connects to the MAF. So I just continued it on up to the adapter that came with the kit that connects to the MAF. The air bridge that you measured is just flattened out to normally clear the radiator. An engine will only take so much air, especially a N/A engine. People who buy these larger air ducts thinking they are making any difference are wasting their money. If it really improved performance, Im sure GM would have increase the size on the stock air bridge. Is your radiator lowered??

Can someone please e-mail me a pic and more info on this mod. I am having the same problem with keeping the air bridge connected to the MAF.

I was able to watch the plastic air bridge today when the twin turbo's were making around 7lbs of boost. The bridge actually starts to buldge out about a 1/2 an inch in the middle section under boost and then when the throttle is released BOV go off and vacuum is created the middle section looks like it is going to implode. I think it is only a matter of time before these expansion and contraction cycles cause the bridge to fail, after seeing what I did today I got some real serious concerns. I am turning up the boost in a couple of weeks and will not run the car with the plastic air bridge until this is fixed. I'm telling ya it was freaky watching the air bridge it was like it was a lung breathing in and out. Shino and King Pin I know you have the same setup as me I would look into doing this also.
