Actually, in answer to your question, so far, there really haven't been a lot of posts here with 1/4 mile times. Also, the cars on the Forum with the Magna range in level of mods and it seems there are more LS1s than LS6s. If, and that's a big if, you can find a way to get good traction, I would think low 11s are doable in a Z06, but of course that depends on driver and tires. There already have been posts that guys in stock or near-stock Z06s can out of the box get low 12s or high 11s, so it seems just to make sense to me that if you add a ton of torque and 100 horsepower to that car, it's just going to be that much faster, assuming traction is improved.
In my LS1, my 3.73s and tires make traction laughable in 1st gear, so track times might not be so good. But, for pure downshifting fun and driving from point A to point B, which is common for me as it is my daily driver, it is great fun and fits the bill quite nicely. It also has been alleged (:D) that my car ran even on the highway with a lightly modded Viper: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=508398. For what it's worth, I later learned that the Viper in the story puts down about 450 rwhp.
Toss that on an LS6, and I'm thinking it's a pretty stout package. :smash: :smash:
