Just finnished installing my Magna Charger in my garage- pinning the crank was not to bad once I figured out to put the car in 5th before getting the crank nut off- Only misshap was breaking the computer bracket getting it out- I still do not know how I will get to the rear screw when I put it back in.
LPE has my computer and thats all I am waiting on
My Carvario hood is incredible- every one that has seen it loves it- very organic in shape and matches the lines of the car- I will take some pics this weekend. I pad a little extra for paint so the whole front end is painted/blended.
hey rich, did the same with my bracket. you need to buy a new one and make sure you take the panel off that is one the bottom of the fenderwell instead of the one in the wheelwell. Take this panel off and the computer will just drop out. much easier. congrats on the new power
Has anyone thought of an intercooler for this setup? Would it help the Mag perfrom even better? I would think so, even more for us in the hot southwest.
 , I struggled with my PCM also, I thought there was something else holding it in, I didn't realize all you have to do is 1. relax 2. take a deep breath 3. pull the PCM straight out of the slot :smash: :smash: :smash: . After you spend an hour fighting blindly for that back bolt your too worked up to just pull the PCM straight out.
Congrats on the install your gonna love it.

Every couple of months or so there's been a thread suggesting one might be in the works, and indeed there is such thread going on right now. However, nothing so far has happened, other than an intercooled version for trucks that will NOT work on the C5.
For what it's worth, with a good tune, my car is still performing pretty nicely in the DFW heat, but that might be a little "cooler" than your neck of the woods. Of course, this weekend we're supposed to head north of 100 degrees!
I will take some digital pics of my car this weekend after the computer goes in- the carvarrgio hood is amazing- like usual the pictures do not do it justice- the shape matchs the fender swells perfectly.
