ATI F1R Corvette
Ok, so here's the scoop. The engine is a baby stroker 372 CU IN, Forged crank, lunati rods, JE pistons, 9.8:1 Compression. The cylinder heads are CNC ported, "O" Ringed and hand finished. The block is studed ARP. The cam is a custom ground Crane, 214/224 .520/.531 @ 114 Degree with crane 1.8 Ratio rocker conversion kit. The intake is Z06 part number, hand ported throttlebody. The procharger is a F1R reverse Rotation with my design custom brackets. The engine has a six rib belt that drives the water pump and accessories to the drivers side. The rack and pinion was moved forward to accomidate a 8MM cog drive pulley, which direct drives the F1R to 68,000 RPM's. The F1R direct feeds a Spearco Intercooler in the nose of the car. Secondary cooling is handled by a sequential water injection system into the throttlebody. We are making 21 lbs boost. The transmission is bullet proof nose to tail, and we are running a 2800 Stall Triple-Loc torque converter. The final drive is 3:42 gears. To plant the car we running QA1 shocks, and Z06 rear wheels with BFG Drag Radials. We are having trouble getting the car out of the hole, and our 60' times are bad (1.900 to 2.00). We are running low 11's at bandimere, but a ton of MPH (124-129), which should be more like 119-122 if we can get the car to stick. Our overall goal is a full blown street machine with full interior, a/c, that can be driven to and from the track, and cruised on weekends!!! Our race weight is 3,605 :cuss I wish it could be less.
We are running the Bracket Nationals this Friday and Saturday if anyone in Denver wants to have some fun

You must have a good job or a rich daddy, I know what it cost to build motors, your setup sounds awesome and well thought out, at sealevel your CR would jump significantly but your ets etc would scare you with a good CCW dragg setup and the kind of power you are putting out, at the same rpm what diff is there in boost between the D and the F, I considered the F when I was deciding between FI and a stroker.

Very nice setup.
I would love to see pics of the cog system you have.

Niiiiice :D
Why did you opt to go for the F1R over the F1? I would have thought the F1 would support that kinda boost? Any HP numbers? Wish I was in Denver this weekend but alas, I'm going to Houston...

F1R is a 2000hp blower, Although you have a strong bottom end. Your intention is to run very high boost. F1 is more than enough for street car. F1R is way over kill. With your 9.8 c/r you are not gona be able to run very high boost unless your gonna use RACE fuel all the time? Because your blower so big, you should gotten a 8:5 c/r and boost it. just my .02

9.8 to 1 is around what blower cars use at mile high.

Re: ATI F1R Corvette (Blown Vette)
My bad. I just checked ATI web site. F1R rate 1300hp F1 rate 1050hp D1R rated 1200hp.
Thanks for clear that up.
