Several have done it. Poolfanatic from this site did it on his Ls1 camaro, Im sure he could give you some additional info.
Keep in mind its not exactly an ideal nitrous cam, due to the higher intake duration then exhaust, but it wont cause any problems at all.

Worked fine for me! 555 RWHP on the spray and no issues whatsoever. I actually thought it responded better to the gas than the T1 I had in my Camaro previously.
