I have just bought a vortech kit used, and the cog pulley on the jack shaft is a 32 tooth, instructions of the kit say 30 tooth, and pulley on the vortech is a 30 tooth, how much boost do you think this will give me or should I order the 30 tooth cog for the jack shaft?

Re: Vortech Question about cog pulley (99 torch red vette)
The 32 tooth jackshaft pulley is good for another 1-1.5 lbs of boost, we use this in many of our systems because of our high altitude. The standard system is 30 tooth. Someone must have changed it.
The Blower pulley comes with 30 teeth for a standard c-5 and 34 teeth on the Z06 kits..hope this helps.
Vortech is also sending the SC trim blowers even on the standard c-5 kits from 2002 and up and the S-trim on the older models, ( that's the way we have been receiving them. The Z06 comes standard with the SC trim on all kits unless you substitute the S-trim.
Vortech has also changed the hardware for pinning your crank, they have updated this ( similar to the ATI kit)
