Default Cam selection

I am posting this for a friend...here is the car...

2001 ZO6
SLP full lenght headers and high flow cats with stock catback
ATI procharger P1 running roughly 8 psi

I need to know what cam to get ASAP for this car that would make a great improvement over what it is now!!!!!!!!

Thanks in advance :steering: :steering: :steering: :steering:

I think the blower cam andy typically uses is something like

220/220 .581/.581 114

I would not go much bigger than that.

The stock 2001 zo6 cam is 211/204 .525/.525 116
The stock 2002 z06 cam is 218/204 .551/.555 117.5

I would tell him to be careful with the tune.

The above cam is very similar to the one my local tuner chose for mine. Mine is 218/220. Big gain with minimal shake rattle and roll at a stop. Idles at 700rpm
