no record by far    it trook about 30 hours...i did alot of things different than vortech...routed hoses a little different(bought better quality hoses).......some things would not fit without modifing them, like the ps pump res bracket and some other stuff:mad :mad i fought with it for 2 hours and finally made it flat and elongated all the holes.....i made some straps to mount the cooler better also....over all it wasnt to bad ...nothing difficult just time consuming.....i have to take the car to 3 different parts stores to show them, i made so many trips to the three stores for little stuff, it wasnt even funny....hopefully i can sneek in the dyno in the am...... :hurray:
Looks FANTASTIC!!! You did an awesome job. Hey, is that a cogged belt driving the blower? From the pic it sure looks like it. Is that a water to air aftercooler on your system? How often do you need to change the water?
My single I/C setup from Andy is air to air, just curious what kind of maintenance stuff you need to keep after.
Again...... TERRIFIC JOB! Perhaps you could have a very lucrative career in the S/C install arena?

:hurray: Great DIY stuff here. Can't wait for the tune and dyno results.
OKAY....I'll be in your area (Puyallup actually) in a couple weeks, how about showing me what this Vortech thing is all about , I'm flexible. :D
Now that is definately a record! You won't be sorry. I can tell you from the pic
that you will want to install that blue coupling at the mass airflow meter instead of the inlet to the supercharger. You'll want some flex there and that blue coupling won't allow it. When you rev the engine the torque will twist the
air bridge up against the hood. I know 'cause I did the same thing. After I changed it back I noticed that it was quieter as well, maybe it was rubbing on
something,I dunno. Anyway, congrats. You too now know how it feels to have
grease on your rear tires.
