WOW!!!! Nice numbers

So.....any trouble with traction on the way to the dyno

How is the tune? How about A/F at the dyno?

Very interested to hear how tuning looks.

 Mighty fine numbers you're pullin' there!!!!! Give us some more details about your car. Was that Johan's first attempt at your tune? Are you going to have him "tweak" it at all?

Gee, I may just have to get a tune from Diablosport after all!!

With only a Vortech setup and Vararam my car did 519 RWHP. 430 torque. I think you probably have more HP there to get. My car is a ZO6 that might be the difference.

my car has stainlessworks headers, blackwing, borla stingers and a ported throttle body.........fuel pressure stayed at 58-62 ubtil 5500rpm when it dipped to about 53psi....boos twas 8psi at 6000 rpm and climbing hard afr ratio was between 12.50 and 13.00 until 5000 rpm when it dropped to 12.00....i was at blood enterprise first and did about 4 or 5 pulls and the hp was way low(mustang dyno jet)....i was a little disapointed...but he said on their dyno a stock 02 Z06 only did 290rwhp......so i went to the dyno shop i originaly used (i made 311 before vortech) and the pull showed 472 with a dip in HP at5300-5600 then it came right back up to over 450rwhp.....this is the first tune i have had from predator...i am going to fax him all the dyno info and see if he feels any adjustments are needed.......the dyno opereator said all my numbers look pretty good and may only get a couple extra HP by tuning more......thanks too all who have assisted me with answers to my questions and a big thanks to Johan at diablosport for making a super great tune the first time

That's terrific! I'm really impressed with Johan's "first attempt". Guess I better get on the phone with James (RWTD) and get me one of those tunes for when my ATI install is finished.

I'm hoping to start the kit install sometime next week..... Hey Andy, how's the installation manual coming along? I could really use it pretty soon.

Any reason given by your dyno shop for the dropoff on your sheet? Are you still running the factory fuel system? You may want to get into a Racetronix setup to avoid possible issues down the road with your stock pump.

Just my .02..... Still a terrific setup! So you gained like 160rwhp from the Vortech install alone, correct?

Congrats on the initial numbers. Two things IMO:

Your AF is too lean on the dyno. You should richen it up.

Your fuel pressure is too low. I think the lowest you want it to hit is about 55psi.

Set up looks great.

Actually 12.0 is just ok. 13 is too lean. You have lots of options though.I used a Kenne-Bell Boost-a-Pump to keep my fuel pressure up. When it senses 3.5
psi of boost it ups the voltage to the fuel pump to increase it's output. I think it
will eliminate that sudden drop you are seeing and give you a cushion that will protect your engine at those high rpms. You could install a higher output
pump too,or instead of. Like I said, you have options. My air/fuel ratio runs
12. - 12.27 up to 6000 rpm but drops into the 11.'s from there to redline. Some would say that's too rich,I prefer to think of it as "safe". You probably won't have any problems with detonation when it's cold out,but the chances
will increase once it becomes hot outside and that extra fuel will help to "cool" things off for you . Great numbers BTW,especially the torque.

You haven't talked about it yet,but you're going to need a boost guage and
another for fuel pressure. Lots of options there as well, but you really need to
consider them. Have fun man!
