Max Hp achieved using 50 lb injectors?
I know what the math says...just wanted to see what you guys have achieved in the real world (please list if you are naturally aspirated or turbo/sc). Guys seem to be getting by on a lot more than typical math calcs would suggest. What is the larges high impedence injector available? Has anyone used them yet? Are they reliable at high fuel pressures and high duty cycles?

717rwhp / 841rwtq on the FMS 42lb injectors... rated more like 48-49lb at 58psi. On that particular run we did not check to see if the injectors were pegged. If they weren't I bet they were close :yesnod:

I am running 57lb seimens. My take on this issue is that you can get lots of HP out of a small injector for short blasts... but run that on a road course for a half an hour and you are seriously overworking that small injector.. JMO...

I am running 57lb seimens. My take on this issue is that you can get lots of HP out of a small injector for short blasts... but run that on a road course for a half an hour and you are seriously overworking that small injector.. JMO...

Based on your sig. pics, I going to assume that you are into road racing. Doing the math, your 57's would have to operate at 90% Duty Cycle on the top end to support your max rwhp. Have you attapped your car to see if you are maxing out your injectors during prolonged blast on the road course? Thanks for the info, btw.

I will have to ask my guy that runs traces to see what the percentage is... but truth be known here... I dont have to run the car at top rpm to make it go fast... (I did when it was NA though) ;)

I run seimens 55 lb injectors and I range between 85 to 88 % duty cycle.
