Default Which Thermostat for a SC engine?

I've read archives where some C5 Supercharged folks are running 160 deg thermostats and some are running 180 deg stats.

Which is the prefered for a SC engine?

Thanks

Either one will work fine with a supercharger. I usually base it on if the car will be driven in cold weather. A 180 will give you more heat inside the car than a 160. I've driven some cars in the winter that were running a 160. I kept wondering when the heat was going to come up.

Thanks - I park my car during the winter months and the summers here in NC are pretty hot, so I'm going with 160 degree. Thanks for the info.
