What is the price range for a Twin Turbo install. What is the least expensive option with that is worth considering. What advantage is a Twin Turbo of a Super Charger?

Well, there's lots too consider here and it would probably take a whole day. I'll make the assumption that you want to do this on a stock C5 LS1 (as opposed to replacing the LS1 with, say, a 427.) Price would range anywhere from $7K - $24K.
TT over an SC - many just prefer to have Turbo rather than Supercharged for a variety of reasons. SC requires a belt and it uses a small amount of engine HP just to run itself (known as parasitic loss). Belts have also been known to come off, shred, etc. TT's generally offer more power in the lower RPM Band mainly because most SC's are centrifugal (such as ATI and Vortec). A roots-type SC however, such as the C5 magnacharger, offers that same low end power as the TT (actually, even lower in the band). The Centrifugal SC's offer great mid - high band power and thus, many feel that the Centrifugal SC's stress the engine far less than TT's.
Those are just some basics without making the post into a book. Hopefully others will chime in and offer some different views.

Just a note -- I talked to Andy the other day about how much loss a D1SC incurs, and he said it can be as high as 100hp. Of course the net effect is increased power because more air and fuel is going through the motor, but the parasitic loss is there. Based on that it seems that a blower could make more net power if something other than your motor was driving it... which is what turbos do!

Re: TT prices (diynoob)
Another thought...get someone who knows what they're doing to tune your TT. Twin turbos can be very difficult to tune and finding an experienced person to do it is essential.
That said, if I get the money I would go to TTs in a second.
You can get a stage 1 TTi kit for around 11,000 installed which will give you a solid 6-7 #s of boost and over 400rwhp. Or buy my slightly used kit for 5,900.00 install for around a grand and spend around 7 grand.
OMG! Thats like 30% of stock hp. I thought it was around 5% - 10% max.
Yeah, I was shocked too. I'm not sure what size pulley he was talking about robbing that much HP. Maybe it's for something silly like 20psi of boost. I guess the larger the pulley the less HP the blower would rob.
What is amazing and kind of scary to me is a drive belt that small can transfer that much power and survive. Look at the size of the belt on a GMC blower.

The turn-key TTi prices that I have seen range from $9,000-$13,000. On the opposite side of the price spectrum you have LPE.
