Default blower install

I want a boost,, but cant decide which,,,,there is a good deal on a vortech in the for sale forum,, I hate the idea of drill ing the oil pan,,,I like the magnusson blower better, but dont like the fact of a new or cut hood,,,I dont really need the HP, but ,,,you know,,,,,I dont like n20 but its a lot cheaper at first, but the bottle hassle would suck,, cause I know they would be empty a lot and I live far away from a source....what do you guys think about the vortch,,,,or should I just bite the big one and let DTE install a magnuson with a aci hood,,,,does the blower hoods use the hood liner???(dont see how they can)......hey,, guys , either talk me into it or talk me out of it,, do I really need the HP with 3.73 gears and LG headers....shucks,,, this suck,, I cant even drive the thing till spring

If you are interested in a Vorech you really don't have to worry about drilling and tapping the oil pan. It is just not a big deal. I wasn't real excited about having to do that either but it turned out to be really easy to do.

The Vortech is a good supercharger and it will fit under the stock hood. As said above the oil pan modification is no big deal and it allows the supercharger to be continuously lubed with fresh engine oil, faster warm-up
and longer life. And it gets changed with every engine oil change! It's a great
feature,not really a PITA.

You can't go wrong with DTE either, my car is there getting a new clutch, 3.73 gears, and final tuning on their dyno.
