Default Right check valve???

I am trying to get all my ducks in a row before the blower install next weekend. I was going to install a check valve to replace the PCV. Several forum members suggested the PCV was too weak for a FI application. I purchased the below check valve from McMaster Carr but the vacuum resistance seems to high to open the valve in the direction you want the vacuum to draw.

Any one using this??? Opinions???

- Maximum Pressure: 1000 psi
- Cracking Pressure: 0.3 psi

Part# 7775K52 http://www.mcmaster.com/asp/DisplCtl...MMainWidth=812

That's the one, part #
7775K52 $9.97
female/female --VITON

0.3 PSI = .6108 in/Hg

You will be running 15-20 in/Hg of vacuum.

You'll want the Viton for chemical resitance and high heat.

Thanks!
I did a test fit last night and there is definitely more than enough vacuum to pull the check valve open.

Getting closer!!!!
