Getting maggie and gears at DTE, went to visit car friday and Phil showed me my front seal had been seeping (knew that) they are installing a new seal..also showed me that the stock damper had signs of age and rubber cracking, thought I might want to replace it,,,heck yes....it is nice to have the car at a garage that take extra pride to do the job right, and that has employees that notice little things. It would have cost more that the price of a new damper to change out the front seal.. I noticed it was seeping when I bought the car and thought it would be a bear to change, but never thought about DTE fixing it,,, they rock,,,,,,I am really impressed with the quality of Phils work....in fact friday he was pressed for time cause he was delivering a Hummer.....personal service......its nice....
Totally agree. My dealings with Phil/DTE were excellent and I've heard only excellent things about them. Too bad we don't have a tuner like that here in GA.
I even drove to DTE from MS to have him work on my vette. Yes, it is too bad that he is not closer, but I completely trust them to get the job done right.
Same here, drove 250 miles to see Phil to have him do my 3.73 and SS3600 TC on a Sat. in which he stayed till almost 9:30 to get my finished up. He is one stand up guy and will be seeing him soon again for my h/c tune and a upgraded tranny!

... GTC- I saw your car there last Wednesday when I was picking mine up. Looking with that Vortech package!!!
jambrin. Thanks for the quick update. I've been missing my baby, and eager to get her back soon. I'm going to have to learn how to drive all over again with all the extra power!
All great things too hear. I will be using DTE for my mods. I'm planning gears H/C & exhaust down the road. It'll be a long ride for me (WI) but from what I hear, well worth the trip.
