Early Vortech Kit Crank Pins
This issue has been reported before bit I think that it iw worth mentioning again. If you have an early Vortech kit that uses the 4 small pins to pin the crank you need to seriously consider repinning your crank.
My balancer was pulled off yesterday for my cam installation. 2 out of the 4 pins had broken. Fortunately for me my balancer had not yet spun on the crank.
Vortech will send you the kit to repin the crank correctly if you ask them to.
