Default Supporting Vendor Customer Support

This may be the wrong section for this but it is FI related...

Andy at A&A Covette Specialities and Chuck at FLP provide the greatest customer support I have ever seen.

For the second time this year I had a failure of a FLP level 5 tranny originally installed early this year. The failure is apparently caused by the vacumn line pressure associated with a blower application.

For the second time this year Chuck supplied a new level 5 tranny and Andy installed it absoutely free. The first failure required my car to be transported from N. Calif to S. Calif; Andy picked up the bill for that one.

Also understand that the failure was hardware, yet Andy ate the labor to reinstall it twice although the failure was in no way connected with service/installation.

This is the most incredable customer support I have ever seen. What do you think your local GM dealer would do in the same situation.

Do not hesitiate for moment to take your your prized Vette to Andy. He stands behind his work 110%.

Let's here it for Andy and Chuck.

From my heart, THANK YOU both.

Richard

I agree, the forum Vendors & Tuners on here are amazing when it comes to customer service. Even when you dont buy something from them they do all they can to make sure you do the right thing. Andy even gives his cell phone in his sig if you have a question. That is WAY above and beyond.

That's pretty awesome.

I hope they at least receive a nice Christmas turkey!
