what is a p 1154 code. The car has headers and procharger and high flow cats

The code is defined as: H02S Transition Time Ratio Bank 2 Sensor 1

This is a closed loop 02 sensor error.

I don't know for sure, but I think it is saying that the trasition time from (lean to rich) or (rich to lean) is to high on that bank. I would hook up a scanner and see what the long and short term fuel trims look like.

Have there been any recent chanages to the car?

Those codes don't mean all that much on a modded car. I would probably just disable it if the fuel trims look OK.

Not sure if this was cleared up for you.. but I am 99% sure even with the high flow cats the codes need to be either disabled or the timing needs to be corrected for the failure.

If you just disable the codes it will not hurt anything.. here are the ones that need to be disabled:

137
138
140
141
157
158
160
161

Or you can play with it and try to get them to work.. mine are not there anymore, so disabling them was my only option.
