Ecklers MCM style hood
Anyone know about this hood? Is it as good a quality as its better known twin? The glass one is a GREAT price! Ecklers has always had good stuff.... Any thoughts?

I have bought two of these hoods, one for the non-intercooled and one for the Magnuson S/C. I got them direct from Mike at MCM and have loved them. Great fit and looks outstanding.

I can tell you that the one in the picture will not work with the maggie.
MCM makes two different styles of this hood to fit the maggie.

I know the carbon fiber one in Eckler's IS the MCM hood. It's drop shipped from their place to yours when you order it from Eckler's. The fit is VERY good.
Not sure who makes the cheaper one.
If you're clearing a maggie--you need to specify. The one in the catalog is snug. I can see the back left of my procharger at the vent--which is not a bad thing

I think that if you read the posts you will see that I was VERY clear that I was asking if the hood would clear a maggie
