Default New rotors going on...

Been looking at these for sometime now, when I learned fire path on the
2 piece matched the caliper width (rear) and Nate had a GP going on, I
had to do it. I think they look great!

I'm going to do the install myself. Any tips, comments, suggestions or
walk-thrus are welcome and appreciated!

I installed mine about a year ago. It is quite simple to do. the rear is a bit tricky due to the E brake. Just follow the direction for the bracket install on the rear fo the +2 rotors. jusy remove the calipers and brackets and off the come. Good luck

Now is a perfect time to make sure your ebrake is adjusted properly... make sure the shoes match the drum diameter by turning the star adjuster until the rotors barely go over the shoes.

I'm curious to see how the rears will look since they seem even bigger than the fronts. I'm still not sure if I'm going to buy the 1 piece rotors or the 2 piece ones since the 1 piece ones are actually lighter. Could you post up close up pics of how they look once you install them? Thanks!

This is directly from Baer Brake systems. I asked my friend about weights:

Hey Bill,

This is what I got.

Stock rear rotor 13.75lbs ( this is the small rotor )
Our rear 2pc 15lbs ( this is the the 14 inch rotor )
Our rear 1pc 14lbs ( thicker fire path ) small rotor

I don't have a stock front rotor
Our front 2pc 14lbs 12.75 in
Our 1pc (we cast these really thick for durability) 22.5lbs

Hope this helps!
