Cleaner Rotors & Pads?
I hate the rusty rotors and it seems I spend as much time cleaning the brake dust off the wheels as I do on the rest of the car.
Are there like stainless rotors and ceramic pads that would end the ugly rotor and voluminous black dust problem?

Some zinc washed rotors would end the rust problem. As far as the brake pads, the ceramic pads from GM should work well.

Ceramic pads give off lighter colored dust. If your talking about the hubs ... it's simple.A can of this ....
painter tape and some time to dry. Go from this ....

These rotors have over 55,000 miles on them, and they are four years old.... Doesn't take much work to make them look like this... so it is possible to maintain good looking rotors.. Ceramics are a definite No No.
I use the stock softer pads and I don't have any issues with brake dust..

I'll post a pic of te ones I just replaced. It looks like the state of Califoirnia, a surface with lots of fault lines
