Chrome gas strut covers?
I have these for the hood gas struts, they just slip over the strut, does anyone make these for the trunk lid gas struts?

I think the cylinder is the same diameter as the ones on the front, only shorter. I think the ones I've seen are front ones that have been cut shorter. (Chime in here GB Vette if you're reading this.)

Haven't seen any advertised, but if the front ones would fit when shortened, it would look good.

The shocks for the trunk lid are smaller in diameter than the hood cylinders, but I got them anyway, pipe cut the length, and wrapped extra tape around the cylinder. Fits and looks fine. Remember to put masking tape around the cover and cut through the tape. It keeps the chrome from flaking.
