I got a great deal on 2000 wheels for my 99. Now I need lug nuts and what else? What are my best options to get what I need to install my new wheels?

Take a look at the McGard line of lugs and locking lugs. They are triple chrome plated, come with a lifetime no-rust warranty and are some of the highest quality that I have found. After the bad luck I've had with some other brands, these are the only ones I'll buy from now on.

When I run my stock painted wheels, I use the factory lugs with a black plastic cover for the lug nuts. Makes a nice contrast with either the painted or high polished wheels.
Go to your local GM dealer and order the newer style stainless steel Lugs> a little pricy $60 wholesale but well worth it!!!!
But if you ever take your car in for service and you know they are going to take the wheels off. Tell them they are NOT to use their impact guns on them. My dealer replace all 20 of mine because the guns ruined them. There were two of them that I had to hammer on the socket to get them off. Just thought I'd mention it.
Sorry, but I can't recommend the Gorillas. I've found their plating process lacks something to be desired. I've had problems with them rusting and pitting after only a year's time or so and I take very good care of all my lugs and wheels. Just my $0.02.
I don'y have anything and the dealer wants $80 for stock nuts and covers. Right now I just want to get the wheels on the car. It seems like I might do better with something after market.

OEM wheels take a M12 X 1.5 cone seat lug or locking lug. The type lug (i.e., cone seat, shank style, etc.) required for after market wheels can vary depending on the manufacturer. Any auto parts store will carry lugs and locking lugs. Many of the Forum vendors here carry them as well. Some manufacturers also have pre-packaged wheel installation kits containing lugs, locking lugs, key, chrome valve stems and such which can save you some money should you need all this. Most auto parts stores will have an application guide to help you choose the right ones. The Forum vendors here should be able to help you with this as well.
When shopping for these items, you most likely will find a number of different ones of various quality and price. Keep in mind here that cheap may not be the least expensive in the long run.
Hope this helps and best of luck to you in finding what you need.
When I bought my wheels from Bobs House of Wheels, I also bought chrome lugs. I paid $30 for the whole set. They look as pretty as lug nuts can look
Recently, I saw him selling the set for $25. Id contact HOUSEOFWHEELS if interested.
