I am thinking about longtubes, but do want to keep my ti`s.
I have a 02 z w/ vortex rammer and power duct.
can someone tell me about sound levels ,and can you really feel the difference from stock? I dynoed at 358 rwhp. what kind of numbers
could i expect? what is the best header for the buck?
thanks for all the input.
Check out my list of mods. They are very similar to what you have. With tuning, I dynoed at 383 rwhp and 375 rwtq. The LT's offer a significant improvement. Also, the sound is slightly deeper with the LT's and Ti exhaust, but not significantly louder IMHO.
I have the Kooks, x pipe, no cats, w/ the factory Ti's. Without your foot into it it sounds very nice, but not loud. Once you lay into it wakes up and makes some noise. At any power level it sounds SWEET.

I had similar set-up as SS930 before H/C ... resulted in about 385 rwhp. Your big decision will be to keep cats are go catless...With stock ZO6 Ti exhaust not a big change in sound...still acceptable.
