Okay this is pretty self explanatory:
This is just my idea of how to have a front plate and still have that aerodynamic nose cover.
Make a glass nose cover or a sea through plastic nose cover and place it over the front plate.
I'll try to sketch out my ideas tonight and scan them.
There's probably a lot more to it than just replacing the opaque cover with a glass one but eh.

yeah, I'm currently in HS and our school has a bodyshop + automotive engine stuff so if I can get my hand on the cover, I'll try to come up with a prototype and if this is successful, I'm going to sell it for a cheap price
Good idea, if you don't live in TX or other states that say having ANYTHING over the plate is also against the law... But your picture almost looks like you formed the plate to the contours of the original filler and mounted it at the same level as the filler. Almost like painting the plate on the filler cover. Now that would be cool, and probably legal if it didn't obscure anything on the plate...
