I recently bought a 2001 C5 but there is no Chevy dealership in Barbados so I am having trouble getting work done on the car. I have been getting "charge system fault" on the DIS and I have already changed one battery. The car fluctuates between 11.2V and 14.5V when I am driving which seems wierd to me. I have the service manuals and have been looking through them but this isn't telling me much.

How do you get any speed up on the island???
If you get it going fast enought you could surf to Miami.
